Terms of Service

These terms cover the RxMastery website, wait-list and practice platform. By joining the wait-list or creating an account you agree to them. They are deliberately short; the parts that matter most are independence, fair use and what we do and do not promise.

What RxMastery is

RxMastery is an independent examination-practice service for pharmacy examination candidates in Sri Lanka, provided by RxMastery, an independent examination-practice service operated from Sri Lanka. During pre-launch, the service consists of this website, a public set of sample questions and a wait-list. Mock exams open to account holders when the first mock is released.

Independence

RxMastery is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any examination authority. Our questions, answer keys, scores and explanations are our own and are not an official syllabus, paper, marking scheme or result. Practising with RxMastery is no guarantee of passing any examination.

Your account

• An account is personal to you. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account; RxMastery allows one active session per account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Your email address is how we reach you and how you recover access.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Fair use of the content

• Questions, explanations and other material are for your own preparation. Do not copy, publish, sell or redistribute them.
• Do not scrape the service, probe it for weaknesses, or interfere with other people's use of it.
• Do not use RxMastery to gain unfair advantage in a live examination.

Content accuracy

We work to make every question and explanation correct and review them before release, but errors can occur. Where you spot one, tell us at hello@rxmastery.lk and we will check and correct it. Sample questions shown on the public website are illustrative previews of the format.

Availability and changes

During pre-launch the service is provided as it is, and features, content and schedules may change or be withdrawn without notice. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. Joining the wait-list is free; if any part of RxMastery later carries a fee, we will say so clearly before you are asked to pay, and these terms will be updated.

Ending an account

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@rxmastery.lk. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

RxMastery is a practice aid. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for examination outcomes or for losses that arise from relying on the service, and our total liability to you is limited to any amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Questions about them go to hello@rxmastery.lk. When the terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
